c. San Luis Obispo Co. LCP Amendment No. 2-96 (Minor). b. Santa Cruz Co. LCP Amendment No. 2-96 (parking lot). b. Del Norte Co. LCP Amendment No. 3-96 (Minor). Concurrence with Executive Director's determination that revisions to County's LCP are minor: (1) clarifying that no permanent foundation is needed for temporary manufactured home used for invalid care, (2) clarifying when use permits are required for manufactured homes and mobilehomes, (3) clarifying conflict between building code and zoning code regarding minimum distance between primary building and accessory building, (4) increasing accessory building threshold to 1,200 sq.ft.
