LCP Amendment No. 1-96 (Miscellaneous) Public hearing and action on request of County of San Luis Obispo to amend the LCP, including 4 changes to the Coastal Framework for Planning, including addition of "Homestays" as an allowable use; and 8 changes to the Coastal Zone Land Use Ordinance, including standards for Bed & Breakfast facilities. Please take notice that the California Coastal Commission will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on Friday, July 12, 1996, at the Waterfront Hilton Beach Resort, 21100 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, California. The special meeting shall commence immediately after the conclusion of the Commission's regularly noticed meeting scheduled for that date, but in no event shall commence prior to 1:00 p.m.

At this special meeting the Commission may consider the following items:

  1. Discussion and possible action regarding the continued employment of the Executive Director of the Coastal Commission. The Commission may have a closed session on this item pursuant to Government Code section 11126(a). The Executive Director may exercise his right to have a public hearing on this matter.[TABLED]
  2. If necessary, discussion and possible action regarding the search for or selection of a new Executive Director of the Coastal Commission.
