The special meeting shall commence immediately after the conclusion of the Commission's regularly noticed meeting scheduled for that date, but in no event shall commence prior to 1:00 p.m.

At this special meeting the Commission may consider the following items:

1. Discussion and possible action regarding the continued employment of the Executive Director of the Coastal Commission.
