Monarch Beach Terrace & Monarch Bay) with portions of the City's General Plan & Zoning Code and use same portions of the General Plan & Zoning Code as the first LCP for the currently uncertified Monarch Beach (Laguna Niguel) LCP segment, with the Dana Strands to be an Area of Deferred Certification (with no changes to certified Dana Point Specific Plan, certified Capistrano Beach Specific Plan, or certified Dana Point Headlands Specific Plan). b. Port of Long Beach Plan Amendment No. 10.
