Field Trip to Channel Islands

The Commission will take a field trip to the Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary and National Park. The trip will begin at 7:30 A.M. at the Santa Barbara Harbor. The Commission will tour the Marine Sanctuary by boat and, weather permitting, will visit Santa Cruz Island and return to Santa Barbara by plane after 5:00 P.M.. Future Meetings: The next meetings of the Coastal Commission will be September 9-12 in Eureka, and October 7-10 in Del Mar (near San Diego).
