  • Coastal Commission Approves Historic Compromise Preservation And Development Plan For Pebble Beach
    See the April 9, 2012 press release and the staff report.

  • Commission Approves Protection of 6,800 acres of Coastal Land in Santa Cruz County.
    At its April meeting the Commission approved a land division of approximately 6,800 acres along the north coast of Santa Cruz County. The land will be transferred to California State Parks and the Bureau of Land Management to protect this undeveloped stretch of rural coastline in perpetuity for coastal agriculture, open space, and public access.
