Reach Monitor
  Description:
Volunteer Tracks activities in a given reach (a few miles) of the Santa Clara River or a tributary, watching for unauthorized dumping, spills, illegal bulldozing, Also tracks any development projects.
  When Needed:
All year
  Qualifications:
Anyone can do it. It helps to live near the Santa Clara River.

A few hours a month
