The Cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City are rapidly growing communities in the southern portion of the San Francisco Bay area. Natural habitats within their boundaries range from hills and creeks to wetlands and the Bay. TCEC is working to preserve and maintain these natural resources as well as clean air and water and a high quality environment.
