To provide for the health, inspiration and education of the residents and visitors of Santa Barbara County by preserving the county’s most valued natural and cultural resources, and by providing opportunities for passive recreational experiences.
Objectives:
To protect the natural and cultural resources of the Santa Barbara County Park System unimpaired for present and future generations.
To develop and maintain facilities and programs designed to provide recreational and cultural experiences for County Park visitors.
