a. Amendment to Public Education Interagency Agreement. Commission authorization to augment by $200,000, its 3-year $400,000 interagency agreement with the Integrated Waste Management Board. The additional funds will be used to expand the outreach components of the used oil education program targeted to boaters & marina operators. (CP-SF)  [APPROVED]

b. Amendment to Interagency Agreement with San Diego State University Foundation. Commission authorization to add up to $8,000 for travel expenses to interagency agreement with San Diego State University Foundation for $115,000, to provide project management services for Boating Clean and Green Campaign, a used oil education program targeted to boaters and marine operators. Public hearing and action on request by City of Port Hueneme to amend certified Local Coastal Program to update and revise the Land Use Plan, Zoning Ordinance and Land Use and Zoning Maps through changes to land use designations, established limits for commercial and industrial development and revise goals and policies governing development policies. 14.5. Notice of Impending Development No. 1-98 Pepperdine University LRDP. Public hearing and action on request by Pepperdine University for scoreboard at southwest end and temporary mobile bleachers on north side of existing running track/soccer field (Facility 307), leveling of playing field area in Alumni Park (Facility 301), including 1,370 cu.yds. of grading; and relocation of existing wastewater flow station to an underground site beneath an existing parking lot (Parking Facility J), with 3,050 cu.yds. of grading.
