On January 23, 2008, the Commission mailed a 15-Day Notice of
Revisions to Proposed Regulations for minor amendments to section 13055(h)
and clarifying revisions to the Statement of Reasons, requested by the
Office of Administrative Law.
The public comment period for comments on the newly proposed revisions
only, will end on February 7, 2008. The 15-Day Notice of Revisions,
revised Statement of Reasons, and proposed text of section 13055 are posted
below. Requests for copies of rulemaking materials may be submitted to the
California Coastal Commission, 725 Front Street, Suite 300, Santa Cruz, CA

On November 14, 2007, the California Coastal Commission adopted amendments to Title 14, Division 5, Sections 13055, 13111, 13169, 13255.0, 13255.2 and 13576, and adopted section 13255.1.
